A stunning vintage womens evening dress from the early 90s (probably from the fall 1994 collection) by luxury Italian label Callaghan, designed by legendary designer, Romeo Gigli. In a darkest, darkest green (almost black) panne velvet / velour with a black taffeta asymmetrical puffball detail, which gives a sculptural peplum like effect, showing Gigli's idiosyncratic flair.
